Has your practice previously held accreditation?
If your practice held diagnostic imaging accreditation under Stage I of the scheme, or under Stage II with either HDAA or any other Accreditation Agency, and that accreditation has lapsed, been revoked, expired or ceased for any reason please call us on 1800 601 696 and we will ensure your enrolment to re-enter the scheme is straightforward.

Option 1:
My practice has current Stage I accreditation with HDAA
As a practice that achieved Stage I accreditation through HDAA, please login into your onTrack profile to continue with HDAA for Stage II. Full Suite accreditation must be achieved by June 2012.

My practice has current Stage I accreditation from another agency
Transferring from another accreditation agency is easy if your practice has current accreditation. Enrol below and we will contact you within 24hrs to confirm your accreditation status and needs.

My practice holds current MIAP accreditation
Receive instant for Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation from HDAA if your practice holds current Medical Imaging Accreditation under the RANZCR scheme. Proof of MIAP will be required.
