Fee Schedule for Accreditation of Diagnostic Imaging Practices - Stage 1

Diagnostic imaging practices only pay one fee when they register and apply with HDAA. We will only charge you for the cost of the desk-top audit and these costs are capped to a maximum fee.

There are no hidden fees for registration, application, audit-reconsideration or membership.

Legislation stipulates that accredited practices are to inform HDAA of any of the following changes to business. A fee based on the hourly rate of $168 will be charged for time providing the required additional audit services.

Change of ownership;
Change of address/premises;
Change in key imaging personnel where licensing and registrations information requires updating;
Change in imaging equipment;
Adding in any sites or additional modalities.

Accreditation - Audit Fee

The desk-top audit fee is $168 (including GST) per hour and so that there are no nasty surprises, the following maximum costs will not be exceeded:

X-ray only (ionising radiation equipment)
Large comprehensive practice sites More than one modality $882
